2. Belgium officers placed a federal formation under which authority was distributed between the Central Government and its other component units while Sri Lankan leaders approved Unitary form of Government.

3. The Belgium resolution assisted in evading civic conflict whereas the majoritarianism in Sri Lanka commenced to the civil war.
