how did the assumption of Diwani benefit of the East India Company?Answer plz

the battle was beneficial for the expansion of the power of East India company. it gained the rule and the diwani -- the right to collect the revenue from Bengal,which included Bihar and orrisa.

The assumption of Diwani benefit the East India Company as the diwani means right to collect revenue from Bengal,they got this right to collect taxes without any responsibility.
