during medivial period, the Banjaras brought grains for sell to the nearby town and cities.
they also served as transporters to the Mughal enimies

Banjaras where tribe of nomads who moved out of Rajasthan and spread out over most of the country. The help the Mughal army is by transporting the food to them.
