The government has imposed the lockdown to the entire country at the beginning so that the people will not suffer from this virus. Later and more recently it has left the choice to the states about what they want to do about this lockdown. But during this process of lockdown, the government has not thought about the migrant workers and those families which have been separated between countries. When a person wants to return to India they had to undergo so many quarantines and if it was an emergency they had promised to leave the person and he/she had to complete home quarantine doing for 14 days, but all the states and embassy officials were just doing very little of what they were supposed to do.
