The East India company Produced supplies of cotton and silk textile from Indian weaver due to the following reasons-

1. The east India established trading rights only for the European exporters. The Indian weavers were deprived of these facilities.
2. Thus the European companies didn't have to give money in order to run its trade efficiently.
3. But it had set up various charges on the trade on its own country because of which the Indian weavers were not able to sell their  textiles.
4. It also appointed gomasthas(paid servants) to supervise weavers by examining the quality of the cloth and collecting the supplies.
5. It had heavily mechanized machines, which made the process quick. So it could meet the demand of a large number of people.
6. It was cheaper than that of the Indian hand made textile, so 2/3rd of all the Indians.

1. THE EAST INDIAN COMPANY APPOINTED PAID SERVANTS CALLED GOMASTHAS TO SUPERVISE THE WEAVER'S.

2. WEAVER'S WERE GIVEN ADVANCES AND WERE OFFERED THE LOAN TO BUY THE RAW MATERIALS.

3. ELIMINATED THE EXISTING TRADERS AND BROKER CONNECTED WITH THE TEXTILE INDUSTRIES AND ESTABLISHED DIRECT CONTROL WITH THE WEAVER'S.

4. THEY ESTABLISHED POLITICAL POWER TO ASSERT MONOPOLY RIGHT TO TRADE.

5. DEVELOPED A SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL THAT WOULD ELIMINATE COMPETITION.
