Answer ; the french wrecked havoc in the village and burnt houses of several innocent people to the ground .Consequently , the villagers were forced to migrate and search for shelter .young kaspar along with his parents fled to different places but could not find home because of immending war .they roam alot in search of home
as kaspar was suffering in the war and did not think much about war. after suffering a lot he thinkn about his family and participated in war .and got "victorious win "
