Explanation:

• A father and son had a horrible car accident that kills the father. But the son reaches the hospital injured.
• He has to go through some surgery but before getting started the surgeon says I can not operate on this boy as he is my son.
• Now if we think carefully as the father dies in the car accident so the other parent is a mother. Thus the surgeon is the mother of the boy.
