When the writer asked them if he could be of any help to the brothers, the younger one, Jacopo asked him if they could go in their car up to Poleta which was 30 K.M from there. On reaching Poleta, the author sensed the mystery behind their hardwork; the brothers were working hard to pay the heavy medical bills of their only sister who was admitted in a private nursing home. The nurse in the hospital related the entire story about their family.
