How did the grandmother spend her whole day?
Answers
The grandmother would spend most of her time near her spinning wheel and would rarely leave it to go and interact with anyone else. While spinning the wheel, she would also keep reciting her prayers, as she usually would back when her grandson was with her. She even spent time feeding the sparrows that would stop by her window. She would break the bread into bits and give it to them. All the birds would surround her and create a bedlam of chirrupings.
As the years went by, the grandmother and grandson saw less and less of each other, and she would resort to ways that would help her pαss time. Even towards the end, she would go out to the neighbourhood and start singing songs, inviting the others in the area.
