How did the hunter tiger take its final and upon the tiger king?

the final tiger was been brought by deewan from people's park in madras and tiger king aimed to kill that tiger and shoot at him but the tiger on hearing that sound got astonished and fell down to which tiger king thought he died and he became very happy but then deewan sees the tiger has not died so he told hunters to kill that tiger but without informing tiger king
then on tiger kings child's third birthday he brought for that child a wooden tiger and the sliver or you can say a nail like object enter into his hand causing infection which lastly result in his death and this was the hundredth tiger revenge
