1)by dividing it's power in three levels - central ,state and district , this was done to avoid concentration of power in only one hand like that in dictatorship.
2)by appointing judiciary to keep a check in the work done by the government .
3) our constitution has adopted democratic government ,in which the citizens have a major influence in, if they want to they can set up the government and if they won't like it ,they can throw it .
