When Industrial Revolution took place in India,Britishers Formed a rule under which Foreign Clothes Are Imported From Foreign and were made tax free to sell on Indian Markets while Indian Clothes which were exported to foreign countries ,a heavy taxes Applied on them.That Made Indian People to be aggressive

A lot of Indian Masses Boycotted this movement .

On that times Charkha Was Given as Priority to clothes formation.

Thus In this way Industrial Revolution Affected mostly on textile industry
