Small holes are no biggie and will happen. More important is the crispiness of the material, the stitching on the leading edge and struts, and no abrasions on any high wear areas. Also check the bridals were the pulleys run on for excessive wear. If the kite holds air for a few hours, you should be good. The seller should have been upfront however.
