A swallow became the messenger of the kindness of the statue which provided him shelter. He agreed to remove the jewelry from the statue in order to bring financial aid and relief to the people. This is a piece of allegory in which the characters are a representation of the people from the history. The swallow can be seen as Socialism who is willing to believe necessities to everyone so as to bring equality.
