The meaning of freedom for people was different as all of them had different notions for their freedom. As poor peasant asked for ease in taxes, tribes claimed to remove the forest laws, big merchant claim for ease in trade. Anything which people thought that they were restricted from they, they wished that to get that means the freedom. (7) Dalits were also seeking for respect and equality with equal opportunities of jobs and services. And were looking forward of seperate electrot and reserved seats in governmental jobs and politics.
