- On 28th February 1930, the fire decree was enacted which suspended all civic rights which were promised by Weimar Constitution.
- He then turned to his arch-enemies i.e. the communists and the democrats and sent them to the newly built concentration camps.
- On 30th March 1930, Hitler enacted the enabling act which established dictatorship in Germany and gave Hitler powers to side line the parliament.
- Hitler established complete control over army, judiciary, media and economy
- He created special surveillance forces to order the society to function in the way he liked.
