The nightingale was not aware of her talents. She was foolished to be mislead by the evil frog who only wished her ill .She felt prey to the frog's words. The bird called the frog 'mozart' in spite of his crass cacophony. She tried to imitate him which resulted in loosing her beautiful voice and in the end lead to her death. She saw the frog as a wonderful musician who can make her song more beautiful and frog was able to impress nightingale in the first meeting itself so she can't understand the frog's trap.
