The effect of Non - cooperation was wildly spread but due to some defects like - inadequate facilities for administration, education and the high cost of the khadi cloth made the movement a bit worn out.
Previously the movement was in full swing like -
1) Picketing of liquor shops
2) Boycotting of foreign goods
3) surrendering the titles
4) Use of Indian products ( khadi cloths )
