I think novels had always and will always speak a lot about India’s great past.
And the reason why novels are so significant is because it has been written by someone who has researched a lot about the events then, read a lot about the history and blended things in the right perspective to carve out the reality for the readers.
If you read Miniaturist by Kunal Basu, or The storyteller’s tale written by Omair Ahmed, you will understand what I mean.
