and allowed the city to expand beyond the walls

it changed as the full proof water and drainage system planned by shah jahan declined ,several stalls

were set up around thé havelis of old Delhi and all thé Electric system under their guidance (of the british) declined .proper sanitary cleanliness also lacked due to which life was made almost impossible in old Delhi and, finally it declined.
