People in ancient times use old myths,as their are many things restricted to do in older times to maintain good health and life hence people said to do that and this for that etc..
Their are many reasons behind the myths but older people as not being aware and scientifically intelligent enough that is why they are not available to expalin as the reson behind such myths..
