The poet resolved the dilemma by making a decision.  He decided to take the less travelled road. He didn’t choose the first road for the following reasons: First, he wanted to take the risk of walking the less travelled road. Secondly, the poet felt the less travelled road was having a better claim on him. Since most of the people had taken the first road, he was curious to know why the second road had been travelled so less by people. The truth is poet was attracted towards both the roads; since he could not travel on both the roads simultaneously, he opted to take the second road for the above mentioned reasons.

Answer:

the poet resolve the dilemma by making the decision. he didn't choose the first Road because the first road was easy to walk upon it has bushes and plants on its size it was frequently used hence the part was clear and comparatively safer to use than the other. so he decided to you choose the second road because it was less travelled and it was grassy and was not very much used we can say that it was wanted there and he didn't want to repeat what other had already done. both Road had their own characteristics importance and choosing one meant losing the other.. he was tempted to explore as it would be more adventurous and hence ,he chooses the second road.
