YOU HAVE DIFFERENT FOOD TESTS TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN THE VARIOUS NUTRIENTS FOR THE FOOD. FOR e.g. for carbohydrates uou have benedicts test, to detect milk you have caesin test.
