before the steam engine existed... there was difficulty in the transportation of the goods prepared by the industries..

for the transportation of the goods in the bulk amount there was a need of feasible powerful transportation mechanism which was achieved after the invention of the steam engine..

now the factories could be located anywhere and the goods would be transported in massive amount to far distances.

steam engine had a good impact on the GLOBALISATION
