The young seagull was afraid to fly.

Explanation:

The young seagull was left alone on rock without food but he was very  hungry. Except him, all had flown away. He did not know how to fly. He tried several times to fly but he cannot due to fear that his wings might not  support him. He was staving a lot and even started crying at his mother.

His mother kept fish out of his reach. Out of hunger, he jumped on fish and started falling. Terror seized him but ultimately he noticed that he started flying. Yes, he had learnt the flying and taken his first flight.
