Astrologer predicted that the tiger will be cause of death of the King. They specially told him to be careful of hundredth tiger. The tiger king or The Maharaja Pratibandapuram killed about hundred tigers to prove that the prediction is wrong. He killed about seventy tigers in the forest of his Kingdom. Later, he married a princess of a royal family who owned forests with a large tiger population. He killed the tigers there too, increasing 70 to 99 tigers. He killed the last tiger brought by the Dewan, but the bullet missed, and he just collapsed. The tiger king met his end because of a wooden tiger carved by an unskilled carpenter. The wooden tiger was the hundredth tiger which met the end of the tiger king. The silver of the toy pierced in his hand which resulted in an infection all over in the arm. Even after performing three surgeries, he was not able to get well. His death due to toy tiger is ironical because in spite of killing nearly all the tigers in the area, he had to face the death because of a toy tiger instead.
