how did the tiger react when he saw the threated goat ?why?

the tiger was happy and it took some rest before eating it because it was so old tiger so it was so tired. the tiger seemed to be sick too.

As soon as the tiger caught the sight of the goat that was tied to a rope it lay flat on the earth. Apparently, it did not seem much interested in the prey. The tiger seemed ill. However, it again rose up and moved towards the goat. When Mrs. Packletide fired it fell down and died. But in reality it died due to heart attack.
