The treaty of versailles was signed after WWI by german Delegates in France as a compensation of the war. However it was not at all peacefull as the germans had to face allegations and humiliations. The delegates were termed as November criminals by their own countrymates. The treaty said that Germany had to pay 6 billion euros as fine. Further more, all the productive parts of germany were taken away by the allies. This period also saw the fall of monarchy, rise and fall of democracy and rise of hitler in germany. At that very time the all street exchange in America crashed, leadin to the great depression. The value of german mark fell. All these circumstances forced Hitler to declare the WWII
