Early morning, after the cyclone a deadly, brown sheet of water had covered everything. Houses were destroyed, Trees were uprooted human corpses and animal carcasses floated everywhere. Prashant and his friend's familyhad taken refuge on the roof to be safe. Two cocnut trees had fallen on the roof. This was a blessing in disguise because the tender coconuts kept them from starving for two days
