Once there was a leader who was against white people.When the white people saw that it was against them it put him in the jail which was in an island.After few years when some time got change white people thought that they were doing wrong with black people so they finally decided to left their leader and he became the first president of the south Africa. In this way white miniority and black miniority agree to draw up a common constitution for South Africa.
