Answer:

In 1950, blacks and coloured people fought against the apartheid system. as protests and struggles against the apartheid system increased, the goverment of white people realised that they no longer keep the blacks in their control and white regime changed their policies. after all on 26 april 1994, south africa was became the democratic country and whites were agreed to form a new constitution based on equality, democratic values, social justice and human rights. They wrote down some basic rules and regulations that everyone would abide by.these rules lay down how the rulers are to be chosen in future.thse rules also determine what the elected governments are empowered to do and what not to do.finally these rules decided the fundamental rights of the citizen. And these rules cannot be changed by the winners also.
