On May 4, 1990 a commitment was generated called Groote Schuur Minute between white and black africans. This caused the end of discrimination among them and beginning of peace. The negotiated on several terms. On Aug 1990, the armed stuggle of The African Congress was fully over laying to the establishment of peace.
