Heya\;

➡️The holocaust refers to the systematic murder of Jews by the Nazi government of Germany during the Second World War. Jews were murdered either through mass shootings or through the use of gas chambers in extermination camps. Over six million Jews were killed during the Holocaust.

The world came to know about the Holocaust through the records that both victims and perpetrators maintained. These include diaries, letters and concentration camp records.  Other sources of information through which the world came to know about the Holocaust are photographs, film footage, and newspaper and magazine articles created at that time.
