Answer:

WORLD WAR I destroyed empires and created new nations. The first world war changed the nature of warfare and this particular war transformed United States and helped it to become a world power. The Russian social Democratic worker's party took the name Russian communist party and since then communism has been largely identified with the form of political and economic organization developed in the Soviet Union.

RUSSIA was separated from the development of western civilization and culture for many centuries. By the time Russia was overtaken by the first world war, industrialization was proceeding at two to three levels behind that of the United States. During the world war Russia attacked Germany and Hungary in 1914 and after that slowly Russian army failed to gain any significant territory. Nicholas's decision to take command of the military didn't have significant effect on Russia's war effort.

COMMUNISM is defined as a political and economic system where the factors of production are collectively owned by the state. In other words communism is an economic system where wealth is evenly distributed to everybody. Communism was a philosophy developed by KARL MARX in the year 1845 and wasn't put into practice until 1917.

The major reasons that led to the communist revolution in the year 1917 is literally the failures of Russia in the first world war. The discontent of the workers and peasants, the failure of duma and opposition of the communists are the other reasons. The rise of communism subsequently had an enormous impact on the rest of the world especially ASIA. China was in a civil war over the idea of communism, the major reason why communism was more accepted in Asia after world war I is because of the communist revolution in Russia and the strategy of the Comintern.
