How did you appreciate for role of vaccine in preventing disease?

when vaccination is done our immune system produces antibiotics against the antigens present in weak state in vaccine given .....
thus our memory cells prepare our immune system ...against those antigens ...

when those antigens again attack and infect our body.. . .
our immune system kill them because it has a machenism against them which was prepared at the time of vaccination
