are an object is in motion or rest

Becauz if the wheat plant would move they we can say it in motion if not than it may be in rest and mainly wheat is in rest only if we move them one place to another than only they are in motion

if the object is moving then there will be velocity and motion. if its in rest then there will be no velocity or motion.
