how did you handle a situation when a customer did not agree with the resolution offered by you​

When we talk about giving resolution to any customer we can not give just one solution,there should be atleast 2–3 so that customer can choose what best suits him.

And in case the customer still didn't like any of the 2 offers, we will have chance for a detailed discussion where we may ask him what exactly is he looking for,so that we can get back to him with few more options.

This way you'll never loose a customer.
