No taxation without representation was a slogan given by americans at the time when they were under the control of the britishers. The britishers had complete control over the country and invaded a lot of taxes from americans but did not let the americans choose their leaders ( representatives), they only had their own british lead them. So the americans protested with this slogan No taxation without representation.
