different countries measure there developmental goals by following ways :-

• per capita income :-
per capita income is the average income of a country this can be measure by dividing the total income by total population of the country.

• literacy rate :-
this is one of the important to measure country's development . education means a lot for any country's development . it is a estimate based on people of aged over 15 who can read and write basics .

• human development index :-
it is the most important measure of development. this is created to emphasize that people and their capabilitiesshiuld be ultimate criteria for assessing the development of a country.
