During British Rule, Indian soldiers were treated inferiorly compared to their English speaking counterparts by the following ways :-
1. Restricted movement for Indians even if they belong to higher rank.
2. Separate eating arrangements for Indian officials.
3. Indians were not considered for promotion to higher posts. Low quality uniform and guns were given to them.
4. Britishers enjoyed all kinds of facilities.
