In our last national elections in which Prime Minister Modi won by a landslide majority, India was again proudly called the world's largest democracy. More than 700 million voters selected their dear leaders what was deemed by many as an impossible task for a poor country.
However, thanks to the widespread use of Digital IDs and the country's constant move towards technology, more and more people were able to enroll and give their votes easily.
Digitization is giving rise to an Indian democracy, Nehru could only have imagined! People in far away places are able to vote easily and the process will only improve in the coming years.
