How discourage peoles not to cruelty with animals

Animals especially stray animals should be taken care with love. They have none for them to take care. So we should not iltreat or abuse those poor creatures. If you see any treating animals with cruelty then first you should speak up to them as they do have their rights to be here like us all. If still it continues, then report it to the municipality.
We can also spread awareness by running rallies about safeguarding the animals rights and to protect them from cruelty and danger!
