How do alluvial plains form?

When the river frilom the Himalayas move down towards the plains it brings with it soil particles and these soil particles get collected on the banks of the river and form the plains.

this soil is very fertile and alluvial.

Alluvial soil is a transported soil formed by the deposition of sediments brought down by river from far away mountains
