How do animals with no blood system transport their food?

Animals without blood systems tend to be very small. Some are single cells and others have very few layers of cells. This means that diffusion is fast enough to supply the cells with what they need. Some slightly larger animals like insects use a fluid called hemolymph which is pumped into and out of chambers which surround the organs.
