Anthropogenic factors are those factors that influenced by human act. Ecological succession means the change in structure or characteristics of a species over a long period of time or re-appearance after extinction.
- Growth of plant species is dependent on type of soil, vegetative nature of soil, climatic conditions, availability of water, etc. Human beings interupt the ecological succession by affecting the above factors.
- Also, other human impacts to the succession are deposition of plastics in soil, global warming, de-forestation, etc
