Antibiotics produce antibodies which make a protective wall against any bacteria or diseases .Antibodies are the medicines which kill or stop the growth of disease - causing microbes. Antibiotics are only useful for bacterial or fungal diseases because they are made up of bacteria and fungi. So, they are less effective towards viruses. Take only if are prescribed by the doctor .
