how do antibiotics help cure a disease? why don't they harm our tissues? why don't they work against viral infection?

Antibiotics block the chemical pathways made by bacteria only.. Such kind of pathways are not made by viruses therefore they dont prevent viral diseases...and they are made from common organisms or plants.. Even fungi thus they dont harm us✌

nixita: Human cells dont need peptidoglycan therefore they burst the cell wall of bacteria not causing any harm to human cells
