How do autotrophs obtain CO2 and N2 to make their own food?

For the preparation of food, Autotrophs obtain CO₂ directly from the atmosphere from the stomata by the process of diffusion

But, they cannot obtain N₂ directly from the atmosphere, or rather they cannot synthesis the N₂ in the air , as they are bonded by triple bonds and hard to break. They obtain N₂ from the soil, where it has already been broken down by the nitrogen-fixing bacteria

they do not obtain nitrogen directly from the atmosphere they take nitrogen in the form of nitrides.nitrogen fixation bacteria like anabena,nostoc present in the root nodules of plant which changes nitrogen to nitride and then autotrophs able to take
but they obtain carbon di oxide directly from the atmosphere.
