Answer:

auxins are phyto-hormones responsible for division pf plant tissue and responsible for both vertical and horizontal growth of a plant.

when a tendril is growing around a support and receives sunlight, auxins transfer to the shadier side and cause greater cell division to that side.

This causes growth of the plant towards the source of the light.

Hope you will be able to understand.

Answer:

Auxin is plant hormone which is synthesized at the tip of the shoot. It helps the cell grow longer. When atendril comes in contact with asupport, auxin stimulates fastergrowth of the cells on the opposite side that's why the tendril forms a coilaround the support. \
