In binary fission ,the single microorganism organism gets divided into 2 equal halves.

Example-Amoeba

In multiple fission,a single microorganisms gets devided into many other parts.

Example-Plasmodium

In binary fission the parent cell divides itself into two daughter cells.

eg. binary fission in amoeba, paramorcium.

In multiple fission the parent cell divides itself into more than two daughter cells.

eg. Plasmodium and Monocystis.
